OUR INSPECTIONS

INSPECTIONS TAILORED TO YOUR NEEDS

No two commercial properties are the same – so we treat each property as an individual process. We will build our inspections around your needs and your particular building. We will outline every aspect of the inspection beforehand, provide you with a professional on-site experience, and produce a professional, electronic commercial inspection report outlining all of our findings and recommendations.

FROM TOP TO BOTTOM

OUR INSPECTION PROCESS

While every property inspection is unique, we have a basic process that we follow so that you know what you are getting ahead of time and how it all works.

1

CONTACT & RESEARCH PROCESS

Once you have contacted us and scheduled your inspection, we begin researching the property and gathering all of the information we need. This helps us know what to expect during the inspection process on-site.

2

THE ON-SITE INSPECTION

Once we are on-site, you or a representative are welcome to be with us (when safe) during the inspection. We inspect every component possible in and around the building and take many pictures and notes.

3

REPORTING & DOCUMENTATION

After the on-site inspection is complete, we compile all of our pictures and notes into and easy to read inspection report that makes all of the main issues clear, while still giving you other information that makes maintenance easier.

  • FLIR E96 Thermal Imaging Camera: Our high-resolution thermal imaging pinpoints temperature anomalies that can indicate leaks, poor insulation, or structural issues.
  • DJI 3T Thermal Drone: This advanced drone offers aerial thermal imaging for a bird’s-eye view of your roof. It uncovers issues that may go unnoticed from ground or walk-on inspections.

A sewer scope is a service which provides a video and report of the condition of a property’s sewer line. A sewer scope operator will use a camera to view the inside of the sewer line to determine if there are cracks, bellying, damages, clogs, debris, or roots growing into the line. Our trained, professional inspector will run a specialized, flexible high definition camera into the interior of the sewer line, which feeds images and video to a monitor. Then, this camera is run through the main drainpipe, to examine the sewer lines underground pipes for any flaws, imperfections, or serious problems.
